Mr. Ricky James (Bump) Bolding was born on October 12, 1964 in Town Creek . Alabama to the late Ms. Martha Ann Bolding and L.C. Boyd. He departed this life on February 16, 2018 a Decatur Morgan Hospital / Parkway Medical Center Campus.

Mr. Bolding accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He attended Hazelwood High School. He was a faithful employee at Wayne Farms, LLC "Dutch Quality" for 14 years.

He leaves to cherish his precious memoires: A Loving and Devoted Wife of 21 years, Sadie Jackson-Bolding of Decatur, Alabama. 2 Devoted Daughters: Brittany Orr and Mirickle Bolding both of Decatur, Alabama. 6 Sisters: Elizabeth Bolding, Ellen Mae Bolding, April Bolding, Biddle Bolding all of Town Creek, Alabama. Stephanie Bolding ad Annie Woods both of Decatur, Alabama. 1 Brother: Calvin (Dorthelia) Bolding of Florence, Alabama. 1 Brother-In-Law: James (Tawanna) Millsaps. 1 Sister-In-Law: Nepolene Millsaps all of Decatur, Alabama. 2 Devoted Nieces: Alexis Millsaps and Tia Bolding. 1 Devoted Nephew: LaQuinta Bolding. 1 Cousin: Jerimicah Bumey. 7 Special Friends: Emetheus Williams, Willie Marshall, Curtis Morgan, Leroy Madden, Darryl Anderson. A host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. All whom will miss and Love Bump!!

Under the directing of Sharpley Funeral Home. Funeral will be held Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Edward Owens, Pastor- Officiating. Burial in Jones Cemetery in Town Creek. The body will be in church 1 hr before the service.
