Willie Byron Lewis was born June 19, 1947 in Dallas County, Alabama to the late Ethel Lewis-Pope and Jerry Williams.

He attended Keith High School in Orrville, Alabama.

He departed this life Friday, June 7, 2019 t Decatur Morgan Hospital / Decatur General Campus.

He leaves to cherish his memories: A Brother: John Lewis, Sr. A Sister-In-Law: Joyce Lewis. A Nephew: John Lewis, Jr. A Niece: Valerie Lewis. A Special Cousin: Rose Lewis-Johnson All of Birmingham, Alabama. 2 Special Friends: Renee Davis and Chandra Garth both of Decatur, Alabama. A host of cousins and other relatives and friends.

Under the directing of Sharpley Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 12:00pm-2:00pm at The Henrietta Garth-Sharpley Memorial Chapel (Located at 410 Railroad St. NW. Decatur, Alabama 35601).
