Cecil Lee Lynch was born in Decatur, Alabama on July 3, 1953, to the late Randolph Lynch and Valerie Jackson-Lynch. He departed this life on October 10, 2021, in Decatur, Alabama.
Cecil accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Shiloh M.B. Church. He graduated from Decatur High School and excelled in his career as a Construction Engineer for Water Brothers Construction for many years.
Cecil is preceded in death by his parents.
Cecil leaves to cherish his memory: His Beloved Daughter: Narrissa Lynch, Sister: Della “Rita” Moore, Brother: Gregory Lynch (Deborah), Two Grandchildren: Trevion Lynch and A’Quazia Lynch, Two Great-Grandchildren, Three Nieces: Larissa Lynch, Valerie Lynch, Tiffany Owens, Three Nephews: Charles Lynch, Gregory Lynch Jr., and John Moore Jr. (Joycelyn), a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Great-Nieces and Nephews and Friends.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Cecil Lee Lynch, 68 of Decatur, Alabama who passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital / Decatur General Campus will be held Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 11:00am at the Henrietta Garth-Sharpley Memorial Chapel. Burial in Sterrs Cemetery. CDC Guidelines of 6ft apart. Face mask or some sort of face covering is required. All will be enforced. If you do not comply you will be asked to leave. No Exceptions..
