Ms. Deborah Gail Black was called to heavens gates at the young age of 63 years old on August 19,2023 at the residence of her younger sister and brother-in-law (Peronica and Zachary Porter). Ms. Black was born in Decatur, AL on December14, 1959 to her parents (Mother) Mamie Lee Binford, (Father) John Thomas Black who have met her at heavens gates. Ms. Black leaves behind her two loving sons Brandon Deshan Black, and Chaz Jamal Black, grandchildren Cameron Black, Braylin Douglas, Braxton Black, Kelise Black, Kmari Landon Petty, Cainyn Jamal Black, and Taydan Lee Black, Sisters Beverly Bumpus(Tommy Bumpus), Peronica Porter(Zack Porter), and brother Greg Lynch (Debbie Lynch). She also leaves behind cousins, nieces and nephews and many close friends that she dearly loved. Ms. Black was an active church member at Jubilee House of Prayer for many years under leadership of Bishop Strong, Ms. Deborah loved the Lord and her faith in Him was so strong nobody could deter her from the Word of God! Ms. Black loved her family and showered them with so much love but at same time she would give them a piece of mind if she did not agree with them, haha. She spent her time serving whether it was for the Lord or at her place of employment, Decatur Country Club, her spirit was just as beautiful as her physical state of being. Her spirit overflowed into many; we couldn’t help but Love Deborah!
Ms. Debrorah’s legacy and spirit will last forever with us!
