Obituary
James J Pollock (Jim), age 61, passed away on February 2, 2023 at home in Decatur, AL. Born March 1, 1961 in Crystal, Michigan, he was the son of Jack and Joan Pollock. He graduated from Carson City-Crystal High School in 1979.
Jim was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and just spending time in the mountains. He also loved sports - both watching and playing.
Jim is survived by: Four siblings Julie (Ray) Leake, Jack (Mary) Pollock, Jeff Pollock (Ginger Perreault), Jill Price; five nieces, Kasey Price (Dusty Alen), Payton (Greg) Schulthies, Shelby Pollock, Sydney Pollock, Samantha Pollock; two great-nieces Brooklyn Schulthies and Everleigh Schulthies; and one great-nephew Grayson Alen.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Joan Pollock, and Brother-in-law, Clint Price.
A celebration of life will be held at the Crystal Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you donate to your favorite charity in his name.
