A Balloon Release for Mr. Keith Edmond Nelms, 53 of Decatur who passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021 will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2021 at 7:00pm at River Side Park in Decatur, Alabama by the Tennessee River Bridge. The Family is asking that those who are planning to attend, please wear your Alabama Crimson Tide t-shirts or Alabama Colors Crimson and Gray in support of Keith being and RTR Fan.
