Mr. Fedor Brown was born March 27, 1942 to the late Mr. Willis & Mrs. Louise Brown in Decatur, Alabama.
He attended the Decatur City School System. He was baptized in Jesus’ name in 1970 under the late Bishop Herman Finley. In later years he attended Christ Temple Church under the leadership of Dr. Chinetha Baker.
He is preceded in death by his parents. 5 Siblings: Lillie Pearl Scott, Ethel Lee McDonald, Betty Owens, Jessie Brown and Ralph Brown.
Fedor departed this life on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville, Alabama.
He leaves to mourn and cherish his memories: A Devoted and Loving wife of 60 years Mrs. Evelina Bumpus-Brown. 5 Sons: Jerry (Pam) Brown of Winchester, Tennessee. Elder Thomas (Katina) Sykes of Decatur, Alabama. 2 Daughters: Pamela (James) Hodges and Donna Tucker all of Decatur, Alabama. 8 Grandchildren. 3 Great-Grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn 6 Sisters: Florence Jones of Louisville, Kentucky. Lucille (Willie) Owens of Huntsville, Alabama. Laura Ruth Martin, Wylodean (Kenneth) Reedus and Delores Brown all of Decatur, Alabama and Mattie (Wilbert) Garth of Dallas, Texas. 1 Brother: Wayne (Berda) Brown of Decatur, Alabama. 2 Brother-in-laws: Tommy (Ann) Bumpus of Tupelo, Mississippi and Larry (Connie) Bumpus of Cincinnati, Ohio. 3 Sister-in-laws: Jeanette Hampton, Wylodean Cooper and Mary Lynn (Larry) McDonald all of Decatur, Alabama. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A very special thanks to our daughter-in-law: Katina Sykes for her endless support through Fedor’s sickness. Also thank you to Fastenia Jones of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Kenithe Buford of Decatur, Alabama for their constant financial support.
