Pauline (Fanny Sue) Orr

Memorial service for Ms. Pauline Orr "Fanny Sue", 72, of Hartselle, Alabama who passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Falkville Nursing Home, Falkville, Alabama will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00AM at Campground Cemetery Danville, Alabama.  

Pauline was born in Danville, Alabama to the Late Colis and Pearline Orr. She was one of Nine children, although only four of them lived to adulthood-Ms. Lorene Orr-Turney, Mr. Colis Orr Jr., and Ms. Mary Alice Orr-All who precede her in death. Pauline passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Falkville Nursing Home.

All who really knew her knew she had a thing for dancing- no matter where she was, she might “cut loose”. She also had a love for hamburgers and her father didn’t mind taking her to get one. “Fanny” had to overcome some hardships in this life as she endured a long stay in Birmingham Hospital due to being in a house fire. She never seemed to let that bother her or participate in the things she loved most.

“Fanny Sue” leaves to cherish her memories a host of cousins, a niece, 2 nephews, other relatives, and friends. Special caregivers Michael and Shell Addie.
