Reba Lampkin Obituary

Reba Claudette Fowler-Lampkin was born May 10, 1951, in Snow Hill, Alabama to Mordecai Fowler and Mary Kidd-Fowler.

Reba attended Morgan County Training School where she graduated and went on to go on and become a supervisor at Lurleen B. Wallace Center and continued her career in the health care field where she met and touched many individual lives. Reba was a faithful member at Break-Through Ministries for Christ in Hartselle, Alabama.

Reba departed this life at Decatur Morgan Hospital on January 27, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter, April Lampkin-Johnson, 4 Sisters: Emma Lou Sanders, Ethel Mae Brown, Dorothy Wiggins, and Wilhemenia Sharpley, 2 Brothers: Jerry Fowler, Dorsey Bell and her Beloved Best Friend John Doly Lampkin.

She leaves to cherish her memory 2 Daughters: Angela Orr (Elon) of Danville, Alabama, and Kimberly Davis (Tyrone) of Decatur, Alabama. 2 Sons: Jeffrey Lampkin (Traci) and Eric Key of Hartselle, Alabama. 1 Brother: Devoties Bell of Flint, Michigan. 7 Granddaughters: Amber Lampkin, Cortney Taylor, Tamra Lampkin, Tyeisha Taylor, Tourie Davis, Jeffekia Lampkin, and Keyonna Ervin. 2 Grandsons: Jeremiah Davis and Jakale B. Goodwin. 5 Great-Grandchildren: Torris Orr Jr., Maurice Orr, Zendaya Orr, Josiah Davis and Urijah Williams and a host of nieces and nephews.

Under the directing of Sharpley Funeral Home Funeral Service for Ms. Reba Fowler Lampkin, 70, of Hartselle, Alabama who passed away on January 27, 2022 at Decatur Morgan Hospital/ Decatur General Campus will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 1:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home( located at 1401 Main St. East, Hartselle, Alabama 35640). The body will be in the church 1 hr before the service. Burial will be announced at a later date.
