Willie Floyd Stover was born on March 10, 1955, to the late Mr. Dave Leonard Stover and Mrs. Willie Mae Sears Stover. He entered into eternal rest on January 23, 2022. He is proceeded in death by his brother: Larry Darnell Stover.
He was a graduate of West Morgan High School where he loved football. He was a people person and loved children as well as his passion for flowers and grilling. He starred working at General Motors in September 1999 and was on payroll until he was called home.
He was born again on January 1, 1979, under the late Bishop A.C. Strong. He served in the choir, usher board, Deacon Board and the Bible Bowl Team, which became his passion that caused him to become a stickler for words. He later relocated due to a job transfer where he served 15 years under Elder T. Burwell and Bishop Gregory Pratt. He later moved back home under the leadership of Bishop T. D. Strong where he remained faithful until the end.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his Devoted and Faithful wife Annie Jackson Stover, 2 Daughters: Kiyomi Rollins Eschoe (Mark) of Atlanta, Georgia and Victoria Thomas of Decatur, Alabama. 7 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Granddaughter. His Siblings: James Stover (Ethelene) of South Carolina, David Lee Stover, Gwendolyn Madden, Irish Strain, Tony Joe Stover (Diane) all of Decatur, Alabama, Leonard Ann Stover Jones of Harvest, Alabama. 2 Uncles: Charles Sears and L.C. Sears of Decatur, Alabama. 1 Aunt: Geneva Martin of Decatur, Alabama. 4 Sister-In-Laws: Wanda Mason (Richard) of Hillsboro, Alabama, Carolyn Mason, Brenda Pointer and Marylean Jones all of Decatur, Alabama. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service for Mr. Willie Floyd Stover, 66, of Decatur, Alabama who passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022, at his residence will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 2:00pm at Jubilee Pentecostal House of Prayer (located at 2110 State Ave. SW, Decatur, Alabama 35601) with Bishop Thomas Strong Officiating. Burial Sterrs Cemetery. The body will be in the church 1hr. before the service.
